A real leader would have fired all of the non-essential people a long time ago and focused on getting products to market. And then hire people only when needed.

Or he could have had them push garbage out to market when even Lugee, who has the ability to do so, hasn't generated anything of significance with BMG revenue and he's had the machines in place. I guess he could have pressured workers to generate income, like John Stumpf, but then again, Stumpf only walked away with $130,000,000.00 and a trail of crimes, but he'll walk off into the sunset while having totally trashed a Company that once had a stellar reputation.

My God, look at the org chart. there are as many highly compensated executives as there are working folk.

What is "highly compensated?" $560,000.00 while working on relationships with Engel, Materion and Dongguan Eontec while bringing in 63 mill and establishing manufacturing capacity and a chance to really move this Company along, or $130,000,000.00, committing numerous crimes, but walking away having totally trashed the reputation of a once venerable bank, while screwing all common shareholders who thought they were in a "perfect" long-term investment? Tough call, but I have to give more credit to building a Company that was in the crapper over destroying a company that had a stellar reputation while walking away with 9 figures.

Not excusing anything, just saying that there are numerous examples of CEO's getting more than piggish, but to pick on Stiepp now, after this deal (when there was bitching LQMT screwed-up), is being needlessly critical. They said 2017. Let's see if Lugee and Company can get it done because it's just as much on Lugee as it is on Stiepp.

No, I only have one ID. It's the other guy that has multiple ID's.
