Who exactly got screwed over? If you were invested pre Adcom, then you believed that V will have positive affect on CVD. If you bought the stock in teens, surely you should have bought in $.78 - $3ish, as the overall goal has not changed, it has always been about decreasing CVD. If you did that and if RI succeeds, then you'll make out like a bandit, thanks to those crooks at FDA. If RI fails, FDA did the right thing.
