You were very wrong wrt Japanese Law. You were wrong that the Judge wouldn't allow AMD to use information from that case in this lawsuit. So you have been wrong in the past. You continue to be wrong as you are blinded by your internal biases. Remember this is why lawyers should not have a conflict of interest as it makes their reasoning and judgements inherently flawed.

As an Intel supporter in this lawsuit, you must be very worried that, if it is proven, Intel will suffer very badly indeed. What is the largest judgement Intel could handle before going effectively bankrupt? If found guilty, how large could the judgement be? IMHO, the answer to the latter is larger than the answer to the former.

Granted though, we haven't reached the point where due diligence will require Intel to settle out of court.
