The difference between you and U-Banker is that you are what are called "jailhouse lawyers". The term has come to mean, someone who spouts legal sounding pronounments but has no idea about what constitues "legal reasoning". To the uninitiated, they both sound the same. Especially when you don't like what is being said.

The real difference between a jailhouse lawyer and a real one is Time. A real lawyer will be proved right by the passage of time and a jailhouse lawyer will end up doing it.

I have expressed law related opinions here for 8 years and I HAVE NOT BEEN WRONG YET.

This motion, if granted, to extend discovery, which should, under the circumstances be granted, will be VERY bad for AMD in ways you can't imagine.
