"I've spent some time reading about this company. Without a doubt the technology is exciting and innovative. What do you know about the company's competitors and their technology? To me there is a missing link. For such a cool technology, why has the stock done so poorly? It worries me. Is there a rival with a better product? The stock price and mkt capitalization (only $95 million) is telling me something is wrong..

Most of these major players don't even waste their time looking at companies like this. Many usually give that nod like they understand, but when you mention the price, they lose interest, but try to feign interest or pretend to take it seriously when they have no revenues. No revenues, no manufacturing experience, and no money is what's wrong along with the ability to get things done and not only close deals, but have the right price point to make it worthwhile. They have been WAY too expensive. This deal should make them more price-competitive because of the price of Lugee's alloy and mold prices.

Anyone explaining what's going on now is still looking just too speculative for the major players' appetites and it's not even close to being on their radars until they generate revenues and/or close a contract with a major name that produces more than a pittance of sales. It's why this deal was so critical to bring money, credibility (all those saying LQMT was at fault for this deal not closing and that it wouldn't close were wrong - again), manufacturing experience, tech experience, and a major owner with skin in the game.

What too many outsiders don't get is that insiders buying on the open marker doesn't mean squat. The only times they really do is to manipulate the price. Take a look at how much most insiders buy on the open market. It's usually when a price is depressed and a stock is performing poorly. Most insiders work for cheap options and granted shares. Why buy on the outside what you can get much cheaper on the inside? People that really understand the inside game know that insiders do NOT buy on the public markets. It's often very poorly understood here by a select few who relentlessly complain about it, but don't understand that simple concept and likely won't ever get it.

You're way down there and I'm way up here. Hell, you're so small from up here I can barely see or hear you. I got no more use for this guy.
