Jtech - By the word "Court" do you mean Jury Trial ?

Just curious as to Definition of Terms.

At this point is up in the air really. Either it's just an administrative meeting like Kay said or they will inform the judge that they have settled and working out the details or they will tell the judge they will take it to court.


I have a good feeling since I have read a lot of court documents involving patent infringement lawsuits but at this point I'm no expert and will keep my opinion to myself for now! Lol.

I'm still holding my shares and plan to add to my position.
