All in the family.

LQMT technically is a subsidiary of Eontec. Though financial goal for the future (as posted many times by Li) is the other way around.
How Li can migrate LQMT into the "big board", many posters here have discussed various options. Reverse Merger seems logical IMHO. However two governments will have something to say about this.....

With that being said, simply combine all the asset in one place and move on. Hence cross license agreement between LQMT and Eontec has no bearing. There is no need for Eontec/LQMT shareholder to fight for their own pocket.

For starter, there will only be one LiquidMetal brand (but perhaps with family of product underneath.....kinda doubtful). Atakan Peker can be back as Chief Consulting Officer to sort out the formulation strategy for the future if needed.

To (global) customers, effectively there will be only one company they have to work with. There will be no product limitation of size, shape and complexity. Diecast, Injection Mold or Combo (yes...I do see morphing capability within Eontec 500-C 2in1 machine). It is logical for LQMT to establish a decent size US factory for "prototype" development.

If Apple comes to Eontec for a quote of LiquidMetal product, there will be no "legal" barrier. All Eontec have to do is to satisfy Apple with price/performance/volume delivery capability. It might sound simple but it is a very "tall" order. Don't be surprise other big time CM will have to step in to make it happen.

If any other CE customer come to Eontec for a quote, it has to be limited to diecast parts. This has been ongoing for the last two years. Difference is now they can use LiquidMetal brand.

For non-CE business (including Apple), it will be wide open for anyone, anywhere, any type.

And now the (m/b/t)illion dollar question......how does LQMT make money. Simply ask Li how he plans to migrate LQMT into the "big board".

We need to look outside the box. There is no need to revisit Apple 20 million "free license" story. We need to thank Apple for spending hundreds of million to help "commercialize" this raw unrefine technology.
