Lol, the funds are IN. An 8-K has been filed with the SEC. In other words, it already cleared ALL regulatory hurdles - Chinese AND U.S. both banking and financial oversight.

The only surprising thing is that the stock price didn't go higher knowing these types of private investor stock deals, particularly with a penny stock, NEVER HAPPEN.

You're way down there and I'm way up here. Hell, you're so small from up here I can barely see or hear you. I got no more use for this guy.
