I am sure he meant 'some REAL AND VALID reason', not 'some BS P&D reason'.

The 'valuation' post, in the stickies tells all anyone needs to know. I think those 'valuations' have ~95% track record of the stock being suspended or collapsing.

In case I forgot to mention it above, Always Just My Opinion
