Thanks for your input....however Kay did say , with emphasis"we still own the patents" is it ok to interpret this as "we all agree that SFOR OWNS the patents but we disagree on the settlement amounts?" meaning the negotiation is all about the amounts not the patents???....also what gives Kay the confidence to go ahead to sue other companies without these 3 not settled?? To continue to sue without any projection of the consequeses will drag us to more debt....iam sure Kay is prudent and he knows these will settle asap??? i know we are sueing on contgency basis but who will take on risky cases if there is no reasonable doubt these will settle asap??
