I would have to agree and I'm not affiliated with either. Matt, don't throw stones when you live in a glass house of dilution. Although , it was easy to see the A/S raise as the high likely-hood of dilution it's still BS to constantly do that to Investors and then blame other groups as being unscrupulous. Hopefully, the MJ news doesn't stop coming and everything goes as planned and quickly. I see a correlation of timing of certain events that are playing off the measures in California, State Laws and of course the general election.

I still believe a rising tide lifts all ships and hopefully, no more damage can be done to the share structure and stock price.
