First of all there was an assumption in the beginning that Ziggy stated 2.67 as a buy target... Ziggy was answering a poster's question about the drop in price. Ziggy wasn't planning on buying more shares, but then he decided to transfer funds and due to the amount of funds transferred buying lower tomorrow would make a bit of a difference in share count. If Ziggy does not get in tomorrow at a lower price he can transfer those funds back into his bank account and still have enough shares for early retirement.
