XREG stats were updated on September 23, 2016 at the OTC Market site which you can see here: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/XREG/profile

The float is still listed at about 15 million which is very small for a stock trading at the current pps level. XREG has traded at much higher levels in its history if you check the charts and the last move up leveled off at the .15 level. With up to date filings, any good company progress updates and continued recovery of the oil markets we could see XREG climb well beyond the .15 level on the next move. Certainly a lot more upside potential here than risk from this point.
