My wife does in-home assistance with the elderly, and has fielded many calls from MS tech-support. Now, mind you, her clients are 80+ and most would not allow a computer in their house. She had one time when the caller accused her of lying when she told him 'Mary' didn't have a computer, she proceeded to inform him that she was speaking to him on a rotary phone and 'Mary' didn't even have a digital clock. She got a kick out of him calling her every name in the book, as he hung up.
