They have been communicating, they are sharing "current" news only. They are just being very careful to avoid misleading anyone and speaking about the future. They were accused of serious charges. They need to think in the best interest of their leadership team while also thinking in the best interest of patients. If they only communicate current news verses future expectations there is less risk of shareholders misunderstanding their statements in the event that AF types attack. They did recently defend the Direct comparison they used. Those are the type of defense stance they should take. Speaking in "current" tense is the way they should operate as far as PRs are concerned IMHO.

Their biggest concern now is getting to the end of the study. They need to raise however they can. And we need to allow them to do so. Try to stop focusing on what skeptics perceive about management. The reality is they are outsides that are not getting to see or hear all the company is doing behind the scenes. They criticize because of the pro-con relationship of Cognate. And that COI relationship is being made as all con and that is just not true. And skeptics have discounted all survival facts because all they can see is management from their skewed lens.

If you can, try to separate your thoughts about managements legal style and focus more on the science. That is ultimately what will save the day. Study success.
