Exactly, others will come and support SUNEQ restructure and business in order to win over DE Shaw. Hedge funds fighting for a piece of the action. Who is going to win?? Suneq shareholders IMO. Follow SUNEQ court documents, they are the reason for the increase in the PPS. Those are the facts, plus MMs are feeling the pressure with the short interest data and big pockets accumulation.
