If we get confirmation that 248 PFS hasn't occurred yet, I will agree. But, just a reminder for you. The company does not have to announce when PFS for any of the interim reviews is reached. Likewise, they don't have to announce when PFS for the primary is reached. It may well have already happened. NW renounced his active investor status in September (wonder why he would suddenly become less interested? And on the "eve of the big November event..)

Also, please rest assured that the UK facility should cover the debt owed to Cognate and recently transferred to to Northwest. And the 4.3m would cover the 3m due Cognate in the event of L failure. So it looks like everything is covered.
