Funny you mention going private. This reminds me a lot of another ticker that seems to have done that very thing. For purposes of comparison I refer to ASYI. They claimed to have software that would save airlines a lot of money. The owners divested the rights to a subsidiary, run by them privately, while taking out toxic loans and diluting shareholders into oblivion. When the company couldn't milk anymore people they ransacked the company and took everything private. Shareholders paid for the R&D and got nothing in return. Sound familiar?
