It was never my belief per se that YA had not seized all of the patents. It has been my belief that either Neom remained alive with a new CEO (perhaps a YA Director, or perhaps someone such as Peter Manetti), and had assigned "24" of its patents to NM, LLC, or that YA took possession of ALL patents but merely assigned "24" of the 60+ patents to NM, LLC (because Scania uncovered the USPTO filing specifically stipulating an assignment of only "24" to NM, LLC).
The latter of the two scenarios would allow YA to separate the 24 barcode patents they needed for Delta Drone while keeping them separate and distinct from YA's direct ownership in Delta Drone.
Subsequently, when revenues have scaled and conditions are ripe I would anticipate a reverse merger into the shell Neom.
For over a year I had been anticipating YA taking the company private, and I posted somewhat religiously on the subject over time. I now believe the next step is for a RM which will likely not take place until sometime in 2017.
This is merely an opinion. However, I admit that your post appears to undermine my theory, and it concerns me deeply.
Best,
