Having that luxury doesn't mean they will use it.... If Fluticare gets approved, we are profitable overnight. They won't really need to raise o/s much. It's insurance if it doesn't get approved as they would go nuts with revenue producing acquisitions IMO. They have an awesome platform and have cash to use as well. Also harder for a hostile takeover bud. That said it is on the higher side and up for a vote
