Precisely, Diego. He has to provide what are known as stock answers to the majority of the questions asked. Does anyone really think he would tell us before the Q comes out that the revenues are either through the roof or that they lost their ass? Does anyone really think he's going to tell us in a video that they reached a settlement with the 3 defendants?

Bottom line is he has to respond generically on most items otherwise he'd be in deep you know what.

Not worried here at all.
