Revenues



For the period from February 1988 (Inception) through June 30, 2016, we did not earn any revenues. We are still a development stage company and do not expect to begin generating revenues until we begin selling our products and services.



Operating Expenses



Total operating expenses for the six months ended June 30, 2016 were $182,000, which consisted primarily of accrued officers' compensation, as compared to $206,000 operating expenses in the six months ended June 30, 2015. The decrease in operating expenses was due to one-time business development expenses in the 2015 period. In each of quarters ended June 30, 2016 and June 30, 2015, the Company incurred interest expenses of $13,500.
