A PR AFTER legalization would do nothing. News of legalization is basically a PR in itself and the biggest piece of news any MJ stock will get. A PR needs to come out before elections to give share price a jump prior to legalization. They could put out a PR after the elections saying that they're going to take a dump on every unit prior to packaging and share price would still go up. The news needs to come this week or next...the higher the share price heading into the elections, the higher it will go after legalization.
