At this point, there are only two reasons why the CEO is holding back the PRs: the election, and earnings news. There might be some other reason that isn't on anyone's radar, of course, but those two events are looming large in the near future.

MYDX is also usually down on Tuesdays anyway. I'm not worried about today at all; as far as I'm concerned these prices are like a clearance sale.
