Hate to be negative Nancy again here. This NOT the 10K obviously. I've been in other companies that were late in delivery even after an extension and released "other" news to try and satisfy investor confidence only to see such attempts fail causing a pps crash. They are delinquent. Period. The only thing they need to be focused on is getting it done and out now. I agree these other developments are important, but when you're delinquent, you risked being flagged. Not good. Get it done and released this week.
