Yes - RealCup/EcoCup is a process and brand created by Mother Parker as an alternative to, but works with the equipment of Keurig. They were able to create it when the Keurig 1.0 patents expired, which is why Keurig now makes the 2.0.

Companies don't just "make" Keurig capsules - they pay a license fee to Keurig to be able to use the process. If you don't pay the license, you can't use the name. MP made their own compatible process and called it "RealCup", and JAMN used them to do the roasting and processing for RealCup.

If they're using another roaster at this point, I have to infer that they're not dealing with MP anymore - no MP, no RealCup.
