Are Gary's IMO Control Tactics....Failing?

If Gary F Kimmons orchestrating the operations, policies etc of Escue Energy Inc? If so.....and is he using similar eDoorays-type control tactics.....are these methods Failing?

Interesting how many times Gary F Kimmons is mentioned in Escue Energy Inc October 2016 S-1 Registration Statement....

So much for the Arguments that his involvement isn't relevant......

Interesting how many of the new Escue Energy Inc team worked with Gary F Kimmons.....

Looks like the same game plan IMO, make plans, buy time ....when the time comes to deliver....make up some time buying excuses to reset the old the due date to a future date....then when that date....give an excuse as to why the due date wasn't met. Create another new plan, project.....and repeat....all while selling shares, making excuses not to generate Revenue, sell more shares, having investors watch the share structure increase.......IMO. Is this what Escue Energy will up doing. Seriously still no blueprints....? Escue Energy doesn't have access to an AutoCAD software.....given all the years of experience? Or is there an excuse for that as well?


Could new investors get burned? How many name changes, new teams, new plans has this development stage company done since 1988?
