I.e.,
- which industry benchmarks & standards were applied to define that date
- what companies of equivalent size & complexity have required 6 month audits

I believe the financials are a 6 or 7 on the 1-10 F'ED up scale.

How can you say this without being privy to the confidential financial data?

Would you please define the "F'ED up scale" for the lay people who do not use jargon like that.
