DES: V certainly did well for me off-label in 3-4 days after 1st capsules. But Amarin or a partner better get going before Shire and Jennifer Aniston crank up...saw her ad just recently. I would expect AMRN to easily beat Shire in effectiveness, safety and price[Restasis did nothing, ~ $5k/year, and takes 6 months]:
