When it gives a fairly resent time it means someone accessed the lawsuit and probably is probably doing something behind the scenes, such as looking at the case or downloading information. Today that timeframe from the last "update" was changed 3x today. Right now I believe it say last updated 57 minutes ago.
There's no actual documents for us to see yet but considering it's normally been accessed only in the morning and then silence until the next morning lately shows me there should be a document update soon..
I've been watching for activity the last week or so that was abnormal and today's was abnormal. I've noticed a pattern is all.
