No , they are not--

There are required to keep the communication lines open and clear with the SEC----whatever the SEC asks or requires of them they to respond --post haste.

The RM will be done when it is done.....and it will be announced---most likely with an 8K and a proforma financial release.

We will then see the capital structure of PixelMag and revenue/profit relationship---we will be able to establish an EPS if there are earnings---

And if there are earnings, we won"t be a sub penny longer than one nano second...
