From all that I have read they do meet all requirements to uplist. I don't think there should be any problems but I don't know everything that Nasdaq looks at, I only know what they post in their listing guide. If it is all only dependent on what they list in that guide then we are all but set. I think that our timeline was off. I don't think they actually submitted an application back in August like they said in the 8K because it would be done by now if they did. I can only assume that they submitted around the time of the R/S but we don't even know that. If we get into November without being uplisted I will be pretty pissed and might start to lose a little faith but until then, fingers crossed. When I spoke with Dick last week he said that when he spoke with Glynn the week prior, 10/12 to be exact, that Glynn said the Nasdaq was in their final review.
