Yes. Since we've had this drug for a decade and millions and millions have already suffered a slow miserable death, lets not risk killing anyone by allowing them to try an effective drug in trials that comes from a relatively safe classs of drugs with almost know side effects.. yeah that would be stupid and make us miseries and killers!
