There was a settlement hearing yesterday held by phone with all parties, including CCGI's CEO!

The 12/2 phone conference is NOT a postponement, it is a continuance! The settlement is progressing and can happen at any time.

"Status hearing held by phone and continued to December 2, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. by phone."

The ruling by Judge Bucklo on CCGI's Hail Mary is still scheduled for next week.

The legal case is under Judge Bucklo (next week). The settlement to avoid the legal case is under Judge Kim (yesterday and continued to 12/2).
