Am I understanding what you're saying correctly?

The 12/2 phone in is a postponement request from CCGI yesterday.

The clerk recorded the request.

The Judge responded by saying I'll give you a postponement, but not until 12/2; Only until 10/27.

If that is correct, then I would surmise your take that the Judge is ready to make a ruling is probably correct.

Of course, I am just wondering if I understand what your saying is correct.
