So Biogen might partner 2-73 and add another "plus" arm at the same time. That would make a lot of sense. Reading that article makes it clear that the side effects of the drug might not keep it from getting approval because nothing on the market currently works, but many will be scared away or forced to quit taking it because of side effects.

Using it as a "plus" with 2-73 could dramatically increase the market for that drug and rescue that investment.... Now I'm pretty certain that they are testing 2-73 for more than MS.
