This one is a status hearing in front of the MAIN JUDGE. Judge Elaine E. Bucklo TO REVIEW THE PROGRESS OF THE SETTLEMENT. STATUS HEARING AND RULE ON MOTION. Remember the case was already tried and CCGI lost. Right now is the damages phase. If they don't SETTLE AND BUCKLO DISSMISSES THEIR MOTION Then CCGI are liable and Bucklo will announce how much to award.

I am willing to bet Bucklo will dismisses CCGI's nonsense and we could get the settlement agreement and then Bucklo dismissed the case.
