I think your ignoring the common sense factor. So simply answer this:

If the company has no production, is bankrupt, only made $300 over 2 years.....has no patent, has no operating equipment.....pretty bleak...why go after them in court, spending at least $400,000 in lawyers and another $150,000 (this is what they charge for this service) for forensic accountants.....for $250,000 and no possibilities to get their money back?
