As an observation it would appear for those following closely that there is an intended opposite direction the Supreme Court of Chile is taking compared to what is happening in the civil courts regarding the Fraud at Pascua Lama.

Might the reasoning be the Supreme Court's rulings are siding with the Chile Government present and past on the whitewashing of past sins in the tainted structure of the Tax Protocol re Pascua Lama?

In view of the current activities in the Civil Courts,one needs to ask why there would be a significant and obvious negative wish by the Supreme Court to determine the facts as they are rather than place impediments in order to avoid the truth being known.
Could it be that there may be leveraging going on(can not say Corruption this is distasteful to many).

Lopehandia has had the powerful forces of many over the years going directly at him and family to quell this HUGE FRAUD.
Barrick has a history of using Leveraging to get its way. Will we see clear to unearth some reality through the Civil Courts as there seems to be no reason to continue through the Supreme Court.

Barrick has never had titles to the claims required in their 43-101 and securities filings, how do you get around that one FOREVER!
