It looks like more than a few people on Zwag Box's Facebook page are just going to wait for Benny/Zwag Box Team to do the right thing. One guy suggested complaining to the nearly useless BBB.

Someone should tell those people to get their money back NOW.

Fraud or incompetence, it doesn't matter, those people should be trying to get their money back.
