What we know from yesterdays Q&A is that the OS is 72B up from 69B the difference was issued for an acquisition.

The audit is delayed, but Dan has stated that the 2005 revenue is about 2 Million and he has already documented 1.8M through a PR.

The TA Transfer is ongoing but Dan is making the OS and AS available through Stuart as Small Cap Voice, I think a lot of us were concerned that the TA is gagged and we would not be getting OS information allowing Dan to Dump, this is not the case.

As for as the buysins naked short stuff, if there are failure to delivers or shares that are fraudulent in SMMW. Building a business and continuing to reduce the OS is the only viable solution.

We know yesterday that one share holder holding around 2B shares (etrade) sold yesterday. Seeing an opportunity the MM’s took it to nobid/.0001. As usual they shook out the weak and pocketed the difference. It was also a prime time for that 2Billion plus to be split in to more investors hands, which is a good thing. I would expect for us to move between no bid/.0001 .0001/.0002 until we are ready for the next leg up.

As for me, I am holding to see the long term effects of Dan’s vision.
