Ok thank you, that was the part with the percentage, but what about the second question. I think that is more important. Why does Appaloosa own only 4.4 million after selling their 13 million they get via conversion, when they owned 18 million before?!

18 + 13 = 31 million, why only 4 in the column "Shares of Common Stock Owned Following the Offering". Can (or must?) they sell 2 x 13 = 26 million after the offering?

4,406,231 is EXACTLY the difference of 18,158,802 they owned before and 13,752,571 they can get. Doesn't make any sense for me...
