Comcast suit

I wouldn't be investing in this stock because of that suit. Consider that suit "icing on the cake." It survived a MTD 12(b)6 but it might not survive an MSJ Rule 56. These commercial types of suits generally don't settle for 7 figures so I'm not holding my breath on that result. Anyone who thinks Comcast is stroking a check because they have been sued just doesn't understand the nature of commercial litigation. It doesn't work that way. Btw, mediation is usually court ordered on every case as a matter of procedure. Judge's don't order mediation because they have an opinion on the validity of a case; they do it as a matter of standard procedure.
