MaxD doesn't seem to be selling very much of anything at the moment. For awhile it appeared that their priority was to sell the potential of a lawsuit against Google, but that pitch seems to have waned. I don't think we disagree about that, but I do think you are being a bit harsh both about Trammell and his tech, and investors who saw potential there. I am less sympathetic about those investing to buy a piece of the action against Google.
