My theory is that Oringer and his boys already own a majority of the 1.8 billion shares and didn't care to clean them out, leaving probably only a few hundred million more or less for us bottom barrel boys to get the scraps and throw them back and forth. Time will tell, but there is no way in heck i would want to be caught flipping or without shares when this thing goes down. Its very obvious how thin this is when a little one million share buy sends this up 2 tics your welcome. I believe the float is nearly locked up and this baby goes way north soon even before news.
