Why AquaDx™ goes 3-Pack to 2-Pack but same price?

Early Oct. it was 3-Pack (three) for $24.95

Now it's 2-Pack (two) for... $24.95

Why?

When you cut product quantity by 33% but leave 100% of sale price that must be because sales are going well?

What are your thoughts on this?

a) Sales going well?
b) Manufacturer unable to meet with the demand, forcing to put 2 items in each pack instead of 3, to limit sales loss because of manufacturer inability?

I'm referring to the non-electronic product seen on TV -> 2-Pack AquaDx™ Pesticides & Heavy Metals Single Use Sensor Kit
