Not just the 9th but they must be expecting the 10-Q to show results. Think about it. They know the 9th is going to be good but combined with being just days after the 10-Q. If 10-Q was going to be bad (Not Healthy) why let shareholders vote for salary increase. Also if they were planning on selling the company why would they care about there salaries! Big things ahead for sure.
