We have a COB with People who view the board as a second or third option (not their day job). Is John Barker, the interim CEO, the new Titan? Who is doing the daily interfacing with the "Executive Search Firm" and vetting the candidates for COO & CEO. the Board maybe meets or conferences once a quarter. So what is the Day-to-day corporate Governance of Titan? Who got the lights turned on at Ximedica?
