I'm sorry but when I predicted that the stock price of scam company SNGX would fall back down to the $0.30's pre-split, and you claimed that this would NEVER happen, what exactly did you mean?

Note: it traded in the $0.30's pre-split ($3.00's post split) today.

Nice try in deflection but it's not going to work. You're suggesting yet again that the price will head to the $.30s. Where is the price at now? You think LPC is interested in walking shares down 75% so they wait for the stock to go up 300%. Try your little theory and see how it works out. It doesn't! The volume is too low. The stock is too high. And they are being asked to buy every other day.
And don't you dare suggest that I'm not chatting reality. I most certainly am. I provided you dates using where the stock is within these last 10 days. Soligenix most certainly can ask that LPC buy shares every other day, 100k shares a day provided that that do not hold more than 4.99% of OS. You claim that LPC has no percentage, so if your theory is correct, there is absolutely no issue with them buying at these levels. And they must buy if asked to buy by Soligenix, again provided if they are under the 4.99% threshold. If they were asked to buy 100k shares in 5 of the last 10 days, they are still paying $.70. It is impossible that they sell more shares that the volume of sales in the period. And there has not been 100k in volume of shares sold for more than 1 day in that period (108k one day). Most days the volume of buys/sells have been anemic, ranging from 4K- 40k in volume. Not all the sales volume is them. How do they unload shares! Ha ha. They haven't. And that's not even conjecture. Volume and price alone prove you are wrong. But you can keep dreaming about $.30 share price. Six months already and it has not come to you. I tried several times to explain to you why, you refuse to acknowledge reality. You don't like the facts. That's not my concern. I'm done chatting with you about it. See you after the R/s.
