Mr. Berman was not TAUG's problem. He came on in April. TAUG was in a lawsuit. It still is. TAUG wasn't current, it still isn't current. Mr. Berman didn't take any shares. He never attended a Board meeting. There weren't any. He was hired for his opinions about the litigation and when he provided them he was attacked. He left in June and is still under attack. The moment Mr. Berman told Spongy that his company wasn't going to fund the lawsuit, he was no longer welcome. That's business. Too bad the TAUG cheerleaders from April 2016 don't get it. They need to look around.
And despite the flip flop that I read this morning, nobody is going to merge their company into a shell that has as its sole focus, a run of the mill lawsuit. This hypothetical company will believe as Mr. Berman did, that suit should be settled because otherwise TAUG will languish and be even more worthless than it currently is,
All IMO.
P.S. I am still waiting for Johnny to publish those text messages. Then TAUG could be in two lawsuits and then could finally have a business. Litigation.
